If a frame doesn't fit or arrives damaged, you can request a return or exchange within {{ returnWindow }} days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us. Prescription lenses cut to your specification are exchangeable for a sizing issue but not refundable once made, unless the lenses are faulty.
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days across India. Shipping is free on orders over {{ freeAbove }}; a flat {{ flatRate }} fee applies below that. All orders are currently Cash on Delivery.
We collect the contact and address details you give us at checkout to fulfil your order, and prescription details you choose to share to cut your lenses. We don't sell your data to third parties. Order history and prescriptions are kept so you can reorder easily; contact us to have your data removed.
The virtual try-on feature processes your camera feed locally in your browser to track your face and place frames — no photo or video is uploaded or stored on our servers.
